The second in a series of "Okanagan Masterpieces" this painting focused solely on what made the hamlet of Naramata special. Highlighted are the excellent and plentiful wineries that line the windy road all the way to Naramata which has become world famous for its amazing wines and spectacular views of Okanagan lake. Naramata boasts the seasonal migration path of the Canadian elk and the hills are dotted with the burrows of the marmot. The California quail rule the lands of the Okanagan due to its warm and inviting climate creating a perfect habitat for these birds, which were first introduced over 100 years ago to the area and have since become a symbol of the Okanagan.
